With everything now starting to slowly return to normal we just wanted to to take this opportunity to say thank you for your support and patience during this pandemic.
Once again this is our monthly update to let you know what is going on with Immerse Works. We are continuing to run our services as normally as we possibly can, including all of the support that we offer.
Support is still available between the opening times of 09:00-17:00 Mon-Fri, and you can still get in touch by email or by our office phone number.

Multifactor authentification is now live on Immerse Works! Now a user's log-in experience can be more secure than ever.
By simply heading to Account Security, which you can find under the logout button, a user can add another device which will get a code when trying to log in. This acts as an extra layer of security when logging in!
- Fixed a bug which stopped Windows Azure users from connecting up SAML.
- Fixed an issue that caused an error message when trying to view a course passes.
- Fixed an issue with certain work periods that caused an error message when setting up new starters.
- Fixed an issue with the forgotten password link that affected a small number of users, stopping them from resetting their password.
What's Coming Up?
We've got loads planned for Immerse Works over the coming months. However, because of everything going on we're keeping our plans flexible for now, So keep an eye out for further communication with regards to new features!
