When setting up Immerse Works one of the things you will need to add are your business locations, your locations are simple to set up but are essential to some of the functions on the app. This support article is all about how to set these up.


A guide to setting up Locations on Immerse Works:

  • Sign in to your Immerse works system as an Administrator
  • Click on the Admin cog on the right of the header then head to General and then Locations
  • To create a new location, click the Action button in the top right corner then click Add New
  • Input the relevant information.
  • Click on Create Location

  • When creating a location you will first need to head to the admin cog and click on LocationsĀ which you can find located under the general heading.



  • To create a new location, click the Action button in the top right corner then click Add New.



  • Input the relevant information.
    • Input the location name
    • Select the location type
    • Input the address


Information with an asterisk needs to be inputted for the location to be saved.


  • Click onĀ Create Location


That's it, you've created a new location!
