Whilst working on Immerse Works you may find that you need to view a users calendar. To do this couldn't be simpler. To find out how to do this is the support article for you.


A guide on how to view a users holiday calendar:

  • Login to your Immerse works system as an Administrator
  • Click on the Admin cog on the right of the header
  • Option 1
    • Head to the People link which you can find under the General heading
    • Search for the user
    • Click on Actions
    • Click on View Holiday Calendar
  • Option 2
    • Head to the Holidays - Monthly View link which you can find under the General heading
    • Find the user
    • Click on View Calendar
  • Both these options will bring you to the user's calendar


A breakdown of ways to access the user's calendar.

  • To be able to do either option of view a users calendar we would first head to the admin section of Immerse works
  • Option 1
    • Head to People link which you can find under the General heading




  • Next search for the user you wish to view.
  • Then click on Actions and View Holiday Calendar



  • Option 2
    • Head to Holidays - Monthly View link which you can find under the General heading



  • Find the user you wish to view the calendar of
  • Next click on View Calendar
