You can send users a welcome email to ask them to sign up to immerse works. This email will send them their username and a link to the system portal. This currently will send an email to all users on the system.


A quick guide to sending a welcome email on Immerse-Works:

  • Login to your Immerse works system as an Administrator
  • Click on the Admin cog on the right of the header then head to General and then People
  • To send a welcome email, click the Action button in the top right corner then click Send welcome emails
  • Click on Proceed, this will then send an email to all users.


  Protip

  • Sending a welcome email will send an email to all users currently on the system. This includes ones that are already on the system! To make the most of this feature it is best to use when setting up to let users know that the system is ready.



  • The user can now follow the link to the portal and login.
